pricing structure
Up to 1 hour £50.
For every 15 minutes thereafter in any one session a further £15. i.e
1 hour 15 minutes £65
1 and a half hours £80
1 hour 45 minutes £95
2 hours £110 etc.
A non refundable (under any circumstances whatsoever) deposit of £25 is required for every ad hoc appointment. Packages have their own deposit requirements.
Initial appointments are usually an hour and a half to two hours. Follow on appointments are usually an hour and a quarter.
For addresses up to 10 miles from Kirby Cross, Frinton on Sea - no travel time fee.
For addresses 10 to 15 miles - £15 travel time fee.
For addresses 15 to 20 miles - £20 travel time fee.
For addresses over 20 miles please refer to your local force free, positive reinforcement trainer.
Maximum 2 dogs in any one session. If you have 2 dogs, your dogs can be rotated. More than 2 dogs, rotation will need be discussed.
Payment by Bank Transfer or cash is preferred but I also carry a contactless card machine with me.
important information
Client Questionnaire & Contract
All new Clients will be required to complete an online Client Questionnaire & Contract, and to pay the required deposit before any training can commence. The link for the online Client Questionnaire & Contract together with payment details will be sent to you electronically after your first booking.
Legals
All guardians / handlers must ensure that both they and their dogs adhere to the current Laws in England regarding canines.
I reserve the right to ask for proof of vaccinations, to scan your dog for their microchip and must see exemption certificates for banned breeds before any training can commence.
Dogs who are required by current law or court order to wear a muzzle and / or be on a lead in public, must wear their muzzle and be on a lead at all times during training with me including inside your home and garden.
Aggressive Dogs
For dogs with emotions which lead to extreme dog to dog or dog to human displays of aggression, I would refer you in the first instance to my preferred Canine Behaviour Specialist,
Scope of business
I come to you to train one on one, with you and your domestic dog, starting in your own home, expanding to the wider world outside as and when your dog is ready.
Please note I do not currently offer the following;
Online / Messaging consultations, Group Classes, Assistance Dog Training, Therapy Dog Training, Service Dog Training, Show Dog Training, Protection Dog Training, Diagnosed Separation Anxiety Therapy or training for any competitive dog sports.
I do not train using e-collars, prong collars or slip leads.
