I started studying with VSA in 2018 and through hard work and dedication, am now a Graduate with Distinction of the prestigious Victoria Stilwell Academy In Person Track meaning I have been trained by Victoria herself and other members of the amazing VSA faculty including presenters of the TV show, The Dog Academy.
Family Dog Mediation
As a Licensed Family Dog Mediator I understand that all animal behavior is dictated by the interaction between FOUR primary elements: Learning, Environment, Genetics, & Self (L.E.G.S.).
These elements are designed to work cooperatively for every animal’s benefit and survival, creating the unique individual recipe of L.E.G.S. that each animal is. “Behaviour problems” tell us that the L.E.G.S. of an animal are imbalanced.
I am here to help you restore that balance for your dog.
ABK Learn
Animal Behaviour Kent specialise in helping dogs from a neuroscience perspective.
Daniel Shaw BSc (Hons), GMBPsS, CDBC, who owns ABK is an animal behaviourist with a background in animal behaviour, psychology and neuroscience. Daniel has a special interest in aggression, frustration, and the effects of trauma on dogs.
I am delighted to have passed Daniel's Trauma Informed Pet Professional course and been awarded Assessed Practitioner status.

As an assessed Canine Arthritis Management Advocate I am entitled to advertise my greater understanding of osteoarthritis in dogs, and through incorporation of my knowledge, to be able to offer my clients an improved service provision.
Pet Professional Guild

As a long standing member of PPG, I follow their key mission to build an international coalition of competent and ethical pet service professionals who can create widespread industry transparency regarding the use and purpose of commercially available pet training and care tools and equipment.

Michael is sought after for his expert opinion by numerous media outlets, including the New York Times, New York Post, Fox News, The List TV, Baltimore Sun, WebMD, Women’s Health Magazine, Real Simple Magazine, and SiriusXM Radio. He also hosts the popular podcast show “The Bitey End of the Dog” where he chats with the foremost experts on dog aggression.
He is a featured keynote speaker at conferences, universities, and seminars around the world, and offers a variety of educational opportunities on the topic of canine aggression, including the Aggression in Dogs Master Course and the annual Aggression in Dogs Conference.
As a graduate of Michael's Aggression in Dog's Master Course and three consecutive years attendee of the annual Aggression in Dogs conference I am able to identify, assist with or refer on dogs with emotions which may result in displays of aggression or even bites to other dogs or humans.
Yellow Dog Scheme
Yellow Dog UK promotes awareness and understanding of dogs who need space, also known as “yellow dogs”.
These are dogs that may be nervous, in training, recovering from an injury or illness, being rehabilitated or simply dogs that prefer to keep their distance from people and other dogs.
Yellow Dog UK provides a range of resources and information for dog owners, including guidance on how to manage reactive dogs and a directory of sponsors that support the yellow dog cause. Yellow Dog UK offer a range of products, such as yellow vests, leads, lead covers, lead flags etc, to help dog owners signal to others that their dog needs space. Their aim is to help increase awareness and understanding of dogs who need space.
By educating dog owners and the public Yellow Dog UK hope to create a safer and more harmonious environment for dogs and their human companions.

Doggone Safe's mission statement is to promote education initiatives for dog bite prevention and increased child safety around dogs. To provide tools and resources to professional dog trainers, behavior consultants and pet care professionals to support dog bite prevention education.
